Orders & Delivery

It's very simple! Browse our catalog, select your products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, etc.), choose your options (size, color), personalize them with your design using our online tool, and then add them to your cart. Complete your order by following the secure payment steps. For large B2B orders, contact us directly for a personalized quote.

Our production and delivery times are 7-10 business days for personalized orders. Non-personalized items are shipped within 2-3 business days. All our products are made in France, guaranteeing quality and speed. Delivery within mainland France then takes an additional 2-3 days.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time via the provided link. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe! Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us for a personalized quote.

We're sorry if this happens! Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and the damaged products. We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Absolutely everything can be customized at UNiKtee! Use our online design tool to add your text, logos, images, and patterns. You can upload your own files or create directly on our platform. For complex projects or large orders, our graphic design team can assist you in creating your designs.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a cutting-edge printing technology that we use exclusively. It guarantees vibrant colors , exceptional high resolution , and maximum durability . Unlike traditional methods, your designs withstand repeated washing without cracking or fading. The finished product has a soft, professional feel.

We accept all common formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS . For optimal quality, please use:
• PNG with transparent background
• Minimum resolution 300 DPI
• Vector files (AI, SVG) for logos

Our complete catalog includes: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polo shirts, caps, beanies, tote bags, backpacks, aprons, and much more! All are available in a variety of colors and sizes (XS to 5XL). Products are 100% cotton or organic cotton, depending on your preference.

Yes! Our design tool shows you a real-time preview of your creation on the product. You can adjust the size, position, and orientation before finalizing. For large orders, we can create a physical sample (additional charge applies).

Payment & Returns

We accept all secure payment methods:

• Bank transfer (for B2B orders based on a quote)

All payments are 100% secure and encrypted. For businesses, we also offer payment in installments for large orders.

Standard products (non-personalised) : Returns possible within 14 days in their original condition with tags.

Personalized products : Not eligible for return except in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defect
• Our error (wrong product, incorrect printing)
• Product damaged upon receipt

In these cases, we will replace or fully refund.

Contact us via our contact form or by email with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label (for eligible returns). Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, but only before production begins (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Contact us immediately by email or phone. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible. For B2B orders, lead times may be more flexible.

Yes! We guarantee the quality of our products and printing. If you notice a manufacturing or printing defect within 30 days of receipt, we will replace the product free of charge. Our goal: 100% satisfaction.

This service is offered for large B2B orders, or available as a separate service for smaller orders. We guide you to achieve the best possible result.

Yes, we even recommend doing so! For large B2B orders (100+ pieces), we can produce physical samples for approval before full production. This allows you to check the quality, colors, and final appearance. Samples are billed separately but can be deducted from the final order.

Quality & Manufacturing

All our products are made in France ! We work with French textile suppliers selected for their quality and eco-responsible commitment. DTF printing is also done in our workshop in France. This guarantees optimal quality control, reliable delivery times, and a low carbon footprint.

Yes! We offer a wide range of eco-friendly textiles:
• GOTS certified organic cotton
• Recycled cotton
• OEKO-TEX certified textiles
• Fair trade materials

All our products are designed with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly inks for DTF printing.

To preserve the quality of DTF printing:
• Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out
• Avoid tumble drying (or low temperature settings)
• Do not iron directly on the print
• No bleach
