📦 Processing & Shipping Times

All our creations are printed on demand — specially for you. This means we don't ship from stock; every product is made as soon as you place your order.

  • 🚚 Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination
  • 🌍 International delivery available (times vary by country)

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can track your parcel at any time. If you encounter any issue, our team is here to help.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges

At UNiKtee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

  • 🚫 Personalised items cannot be returned, except in case of defect

💸 Shipping & Return Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and parcel weight. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • 🧾 Refund processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
