These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the site uniktee.com, owned by UNiKtee, SIRET 794501957.

🛍️ 1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of UNiKtee and any person making a purchase via uniktee.com. By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the site at the time of ordering. Each product is carefully described and accompanied by representative photographs. UNiKtee prints on demand: every item is unique and manufactured according to the customer's order.

  • 🧵 Prints are made to measure, in small runs.
  • ♻️ No stock is maintained, to minimise waste.

💰 4. Prices

Prices displayed on the site are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes where applicable. Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. Pending VAT registration — VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).

💳 5. Orders

Any order placed on uniktee.com constitutes an obligation to pay. The customer receives a confirmation email summarising the order details. UNiKtee reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock shortage, manifest error or payment issue.

🚚 6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and are given as estimates. UNiKtee cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of a lost parcel, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any refund.

🔁 7. Returns & Claims

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Personalised products (with unique design, name or image) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

🔐 8. Secure Payment

Payment is made via the secure solutions offered on the site (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Banking data is encrypted and is never known to UNiKtee.

⚖️ 9. Liability

UNiKtee cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product, errors in information provided by the customer, or force majeure.

All elements of the site uniktee.com (text, visuals, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of UNiKtee and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The customer may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion.

These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
